What came to me when asked how I practice selflove, was: “Listening to you!”
It is pure meditation! You are simply broadcasting relaxation, love and playfulness and your chuckling (på dansk: at I klukler) is so contagious! Here towards the end, I thought I don’t care what’s coming in the world as long as I can tune into such a peaceful space in myself, I am untouchable❣️
I am not trying to over-praise you - I am just sharing what came to me during this sofa talk (besides tears of recognition) : It’s like your voices carry a certain vibration, that facilitates a real landing in oneself, remembering all the good qualities that existence is made of! Remembering to take it easy - and ‘fuck it!’ when necessary ?❤?

Holy s*** Ole just enlightened me to something I had never learned while growing up in the mid Coast area of Maine regarding the huge fire in 1947 holy s***. Acadia National Park has thousands of Acres. And wow I'm just taking all this in...
I saw the pictures and the Articles he brought up so now I will investigate more on my own. We never learned about that in school...
I was born and raised in Maine so I'm a native Mainiac as we like to call ourselves. LOL and there were a lot of wealthy people who built houses up there in the late 1800s also yes there were a lot of farmers Lobster fisherman people just living the best they could with what they had because we are New England stock we call ourselves we work our asses off to stay alive. Work the land and live to the best of our ability. The selfish son of a b****** putting out the d e W's back then. I knew they had weather manipulation back in the first world war or even before then never thought about the Dews especially affecting how many thousands of Acres and nine towns were burned down I really have to research that holy s*** exclamation. Wow I'm impressed that he found that information and shared it regarding one of our first potentially known DEW'S that ruined lives and families properties and our history. Wow!!!!!

When Michael and Ole got hit and were freezing up just before the 35 minute mark, I found it interesting how they both were freezing. Usually on Zoom calls it's one or the other and almost always the guest on Michael's show. It is so rare that Michael's connection ever freezes up.
